These Terms of Use & License Agreement (the "Terms") govern your use of the Infinite Pilot Logbook mobile application (the "App") provided by SAS AppiFow, registered in Fort-de-France, Martinique, France ("AppiFow", "we", "us", "our").
By installing, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
"App" means the Infinite Pilot Logbook iOS application.
"User", "you" means any individual pilot or natural person using the App.
"Content" means any data, information, logbook entries or material entered or uploaded by you in the App.
"Services" means the functionalities provided by the App and its associated backend services.
The App is intended for pilots and individuals involved in aviation activities worldwide. By using the App, you represent that:
The App may be used for both professional and non-professional piloting activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that use of the App is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable to you.

We may modify, enhance or discontinue certain features at any time. Where required by law, we will inform you of material changes.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable App Store rules, AppiFow grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

The App is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by AppiFow.
For iOS users, the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement apply in addition to these Terms. In case of conflict regarding your relationship with Apple, Apple’s terms prevail solely to that extent.
You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us promptly via the contact form if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
The App may be downloaded free of charge. A limited free tier allows you to use the App up to a defined number of logbook entries. Continued or extended use requires an active subscription.
We may change subscription prices or structure in the future; any such change will be communicated as required by applicable law and App Store rules.
You remain solely responsible for all Content you enter or upload, including flight data, personal details, profile photos and information about third parties.

Certain limited profile information (such as name, photo, company) may be visible to other users for contact/discovery purposes if you enable the related settings. You can adjust these preferences within the App where available.
Content is generally published without prior review. AppiFow reserves the right, but has no obligation, to remove or disable any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
The collection and processing of personal data in connection with your use of the App are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Please read it carefully.
The App is a tool to help you record and manage flight information. It is not an official or certified logbook or regulatory system, and we do not guarantee that any authority, airline or regulator will accept records generated by the App.

While AppiFow makes reasonable efforts to provide reliable calculations and features, we do not warrant that the App will be free from errors and shall not be liable for any decision, loss or damage resulting from reliance on data contained in or generated by the App.
We aim to keep the App available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend, limit or modify the App (for maintenance, security or other legitimate reasons) with or without prior notice where legally permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppiFow, its directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited, in the aggregate, to the amount paid by you to AppiFow for your use of the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, if any.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppiFow from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law.
Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases. Our data deletion practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fort-de-France, Martinique, France, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to inform you within the App or by other appropriate means.
